Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. No lock-in.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Company Listing and Stable Listing are always free, so there's no trial needed for those. Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial, and you won't need a credit card to start.

Do you offer discounts for yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pay yearly and you get one month free compared to paying monthly. The yearly price appears when you flip the billing switch above.

Question 4

Can I work together with others on a horse?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it costs nothing. You invite someone onto a horse file and give them a role: co-owner, trainer, caretaker, rider or viewer. What they may do follows from that role, never from the plan they are on themselves. Someone with a free account can be your caretaker.

How does the price per active horse work for stables?

Accepted Answer

Above the horses your plan includes you pay per active horse, and the rate drops as the number rises. You are billed on the highest count of that month, so a horse that arrives and leaves again still counts for that month. The current count and what it costs are visible in the app before the invoice arrives.

Do staff members need their own subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Anyone you invite can join with a free account and work on the horses you give them access to. What someone may do follows from the role you hand out, never from their own plan. The number of people in your stable or business is never a cost.

What can a Company account post on Trotora?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your Company tier. The free Company Listing gives you a basic directory entry with name and address. Company adds full contact info & opening hours management, customer reviews, service offerings, a product catalog and job listings. Company Commerce (coming soon) adds selling products directly on the marketplace, plus featured placement and premium visibility.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA Direct Debit. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data stays available in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything before or during this period. After that, data is permanently deleted.

Own horses or active stable horses, what is the difference?

Accepted Answer

Own horses are the records you own: 1 on Personal, 3 on Rider, 10 on Competitor, extra ones for 1 euro each per month. Active stable horses are the horses standing at your stable that month, whoever owns them. No limit there: the first 10 are included, above that you pay per horse at a rate that drops as the number rises. A boarding yard counts every horse standing there, even the ones it does not own.

Who adds a horse, the owner or the stable?

Either. You add it on your own account and place it at a stable, or the stable adds it straight to its roster, one at a time or by importing a list. In that case it can send a claim link, valid 30 days; whoever claims it becomes the owner. A stable always manages, never owns: caring, planning and invoicing yes, transferring or deleting no.

Is an AI advisor included?

Yes, with every paid plan. Ask a question about health, training or nutrition and get an answer based on what is in the horse file. Generous use is included. The free plan has no AI.
